Job summary

Wise is hiring to build and standardise its global operational processes. You will map current processes, design streamlined to-be workflows, and drive improvements across controls, compliance and efficiency. You will work with product and engineering teams to prioritise opportunities, define success metrics, and establish robust evidence for auditability. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on process mapping and change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process management or building products at scale with organisational complexity.
• Proven track record of mapping complex processes across large organisations.
• Data-driven with ability to gather/interpret data, measure impact and tell compelling stories.
• Autonomous, decisive problem-solver able to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Map existing operational processes (as-is) and design optimized (to-be) processes.
• Lead cross-functional work with controls, compliance and product/engineering teams.
• Align opportunities with product/engineering priorities and ensure executive buy-in.
• Define KPIs and monitoring for auditability and regulatory compliance.
• Map and evidencing L1 controls within the new process design and establish governance.
