Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process engineering or management.
• Proven ability to map complex processes across large organisations.
• Ability to design high-quality, practical process maps and identify critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead global process mapping and optimization initiatives to standardise approaches.
• Collaborate with controls, compliance and product/engineering to drive improvements.
• Define a 12-month strategy and execution plan with measurable results.
• Use data to justify improvements and present business cases to stakeholders.
• Map and assure operational Level 1 controls within the new process design.
