Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Process Architect to lead the proactive development and enhancement of end-to-end processes. You will monitor performance, prioritize investments, and drive implementation initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, cost reduction, and efficiency across the organization. You will facilitate workshops, map current and future workflows, and coordinate with CoE and Value Consultants to build compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in continuous improvement and business process management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Knowledgeable in the application of Automation and AI within process areas.

Responsibilities

• Establish End-to-End Process Vision & Develop Process Roadmap translating objectives into a clear roadmap.
• Stay informed about industry trends and leading practices to guide direction and improvements.
• Monitor End-to-End Process Performance and identify opportunities with governance for adoption.
• Prioritize and secure funding for process improvements; collaborate on business cases.
• Drive process improvements: develop playbooks, train the trainer, conduct Lean Six Sigma training, map as-is and to-be workflows, coordinate user testing with stakeholders.
