Job summary

GE Vernova UK is seeking a process excellence professional to establish and continuously improve standardized processes connecting GSI Operations and Manufacturing Units. You will lead Lean initiatives, define standard work, and build governance models that scale across sites.

You will design SOPs, perform maturity assessments, support digitalization, and develop executive dashboards to communicate progress. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in manufacturing or process improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or process improvement.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments with standardization and cross-functional alignment.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard work and governance.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional process alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement / Lean initiatives.
• Establish process compliance and maturity assessments.
• Support digitalization and standardization of operational tools.
• Ensure lessons learned are implemented across Manufacturing Units.
