Job summary

Mbnsolutions is seeking a Data Governance / Data Quality Lead in the United Kingdom to drive a major transformation. The role focuses on securing leadership buy-in, engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams, and turning governance into action.

You will establish data ownership and accountability, set data quality standards, and push for cleansing to support migration readiness. Experience with SAP/S/4HANA migrations is a bonus, but strong leadership engagement and stakeholder

We’re looking for a Data Governance / Data Quality Lead to support a major transformation programme.

The priority is bringing leadership on board and turning stakeholder engagement into action.

You’ll build relationships across the business, secure commitment from senior leaders and help teams take ownership of their data.

You’ll also establish practical governance, agree data quality standards and drive cleansing and issue resolution to support migration readiness.

We’re keen to speak with people who can demonstrate:

• Securing senior leadership buy-in for data governance and quality initiatives.
• Influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Establishing clear data ownership and accountability.
• Delivering measurable data quality improvements through change programmes.
