Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Head of Global Platform Onboarding based in London. You will define the global onboarding strategy, service standards and operating model, while leading senior regional and functional onboarding leaders through a transformation.

Reporting to the Global Head of Platform Services, you’ll influence at executive level and build a scalable, technology-enabled onboarding service for the future.

Qualifications

• Extensive asset management operations leadership experience across regions.
• Proven track record running multi-region onboarding.
• Strong commercial/financial judgment; able to own a business case.

Responsibilities

• Set global onboarding strategy, standards and operating model.
• Lead regional and hub onboarding leaders to drive transformation.
• Own client outcomes for onboarding including time, quality and cost.
• Chair governance councils and approve workflow tool enhancements.
• Sponsor business cases for investments and improvements.
• Own global KPI and SLA framework and executive-level reporting.
