Schroders in London seeks a Head of Onboarding Delivery & Oversight to lead global onboarding efforts, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to complex delivery while building confidence with senior stakeholders. You will oversee a team of case managers and provide clear oversight of work through our offshore hub.

The role reports to the Global Head of Onboarding and offers scope to influence priorities, improve ways of working and deliver for clients across regions in a flexible, globally

Responsibilities

• Own the case management model, including intake, prioritisation, planning and delivery of onboarding events.
• Provide oversight and challenge of activity performed by the Indian Operations hub.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex, high-value or high-risk onboarding.
• Own regional relationships with Distribution, Legal, Compliance and Product.
• Report on pipeline, risks and dependencies to the Global Head of Onboarding.
