Job summary

Schroders Wealth Management is seeking a Client Onboarding Strategy & Governance Lead to drive delivery cadence and governance across onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring strong controls and clear accountability.

You will coordinate across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime, manage governance forums, MI, and remediation, reporting to the Global Head of Client Onboarding. London-based with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Structured delivery cadence with action tracking and RAID logs.
• Defensible decision-making in regulated settings.
• Ability to produce governance packs and MI.
• Experience with onboarding and KYC governance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership and operating cadence across onboarding and periodic review.
• Maintain a consolidated view of delivery across BAU and change.
• Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder management.
• Prepare agendas, papers, attendees, and governance packs.
• Track actions and escalate overdue items.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strengthen MI relating to onboarding and periodic review.
• Support readiness for audit and regulatory engagement.
• Remediation tracking and outcome evidence.
• Process improvement and change enablement.
