Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation in banking/financial services.
• Strong programme, change and delivery-management capabilities across complex portfolios.
• Knowledge of customer onboarding and how journeys connect to operations, tech, data, policy and controls.
• Evidence of delivering MVPs and scaling into production.
• Experience testing, operational readiness, migration, implementation and post-launch support.
• Ability to coordinate product, operations, technology, data and control teams across markets/time zones.
• Strong senior stakeholder communication, escalation, negotiation and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate the onboarding target model into an integrated change roadmap.
• Define milestones, work packages, dependencies, capacity and delivery dates across global and market teams.
• Govern requirements to ensure completeness, prioritisation and traceability.
• Track delivery across pilot and rollout waves with reporting on progress, risks and costs.
• Coordinate testing, pilot criteria and customer feedback for wider rollout.
• Ensure operational readiness including training, communications, control validation and post-implementation support.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary change team with clear accountabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers across functions.
