Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Senior Case Manager for Operations Onboarding in London. You will own the most complex onboarding events end to end, coordinating across the Operations Onboarding hub and regional teams, and ensuring readiness and sign-off with rigorous governance.

You will challenge requirements, lead cross‑functional delivery, and guide case managers while reporting to the Head of Onboarding Delivery & Oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex multi-jurisdiction onboarding and fund launches.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/AML across jurisdictions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across regions.
• Strong risk assessment and governance capabilities.
• Experience guiding and coaching case managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the most complex onboarding events end to end: launches, restructures, changes.
• Plan sequencing and critical path across teams and regions.
• Assess impact on capability, cost, risk, and operating model before commitments.
• Oversee hub delivery with quality assurance before sign-off.
• Maintain global dashboard with live status across portfolio.
• Escalate risks to Head of Onboarding Delivery & Oversight.
• Drive lessons learned into playbooks and tooling.
