Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with >5 years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management; proven ability to establish teams or departments.
• Global company experience; preference for Global CRO exposure.
• Dedicated, good communicator, collaborative, and professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
