Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experienced in team management; preference for building teams or departments.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO exposure.
• Dedicated, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and present a professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
• Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.
• Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
