  • Manage system updates, configuration changes, testing and troubleshooting, ensuring appropriate documentation and change controls are maintained.
  • Work with IT and external providers to maintain effective integrations and data flows between People systems and other business platforms.
  • Configure and maintain system access structures, roles and permissions in line with agreed security and governance requirements.
Data Integrity & Governance
  • Develop and maintain the controls, processes and standards required to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of People data.
  • Design and conduct regular system data audits, identifying errors, inconsistencies and emerging data-quality risks.
  • Work with People Operations Specialists and other data owners to ensure identified errors are corrected and underlying causes addressed.
  • Identify recurring data-quality issues and implement system changes, validation rules or process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain consistent data structures, definitions and standards across People systems.
  • Monitor data quality and provide regular reporting on data integrity, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support compliance with data protection, retention, security and audit requirements relating to People systems.
Reporting & People Analytics
  • Develop, configure and maintain People reporting, dashboards and scheduled reporting functionality.
  • Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent and supported by agreed data definitions and quality controls.
  • Work with People stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate these into practical system reporting solutions.
  • Develop and improve reporting capabilities within HiBob and associated reporting tools.
  • Provide specialist support for complex data extraction, reconciliation and analysis.
  • Maintain reporting processes and documentation to enable People Operations Specialists and other authorised users to produce standard operational reports independently.
Systems Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, automate manual processes and reduce administrative effort.
  • Work closely with People Operations Specialists and People Partners to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into practical system solutions, including configuration changes, workflows and automation.
  • Configure, test and implement system enhancements, ensuring changes are effective and appropriately documented.
  • Support People technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, data migrations and organisational integration activity.
