Legora AB is expanding its People Operations function to support rapid growth and international expansion. We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to execute core processes across the employee lifecycle with precision and pace.

You will partner with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal and Finance to build scalable, globally consistent operating procedures and drive continuous improvement in people systems and processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations in fast-growing companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processes.
• Strong administrative skills with high-volume workflows.
• Experience using HR systems as a power user.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
• A continuous improvement mindset to simplify and standardise processes.
• Excellent written documentation and clear SOP creation.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
• Experience building agents/agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle with speed and accuracy.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, leave, and organisational updates.
• Prepare documentation and employee records ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain high-quality employee data and operational accuracy across People processes.
• Document and maintain scalable operating procedures and playbooks for global consistency.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, countries and time zones.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improved ways of working.
• Collaborate with People Tech to enhance workflows and enable automation.
