Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries with empathy, accuracy and appropriate urgency across HR policies, processes and programs.
• Manage cases through the HR service management platform and document actions clearly.
• Research issues, distinguish routine questions from exceptions and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
• Execute and coordinate core employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, mobility, changes and offboarding.
• Complete HR transactions and documentation accurately, maintaining data integrity and audits.
• Coordinate with People Operations, HR Business Partners and SMEs to support timely outcomes.
• Identify unclear handoffs and process gaps; raise practical improvement recommendations.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to support research, drafting, summarization and analysis.
• Identify repetitive activities suitable for automation or self-service; document use cases.
• Test new tools and workflows; provide feedback on accuracy and usability.
• Ensure confidential information is handled with appropriate human review and controls.
• Stay curious about emerging tools and share practical ideas to improve operations.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for employees and HR colleagues.
