Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and ensure local compliance.
• Steer people-side operations including acquisitions, reorganizations, and share option plans.
• Stay current with workplace laws across organizations and liaise with external consultants.
• Develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding, including visa support and automation of workflows.
