Job summary

AVI-SPL UK & Ireland seeks a Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist to oversee global payroll platforms, starting with Deel and EOR, Time Tracking and Time Off. You will work as a subject-matter expert between Payroll, HR Platforms, Finance, local country teams and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations.

You will translate policy and regulatory changes into system requirements, configure platforms, perform testing and sign-off, and support BAU operations across regions

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations, payroll systems or HRIS in a multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical/system needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-go-live hypercare for countries on Deel and other payroll platforms.
• Manage payroll-platform tickets and vendor escalations.
• Configure payroll-related functionality (Time Off, Time Tracking, pay components, workflows).
• Maintain documentation, SOPs and training materials for platform use.
