Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist to oversee global payroll and HR platforms, focusing on Deel, Time Tracking and EOR operations. You will liaise with Payroll, HR, Finance and local country teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll data and smooth platform performance.

You will drive configuration, testing and documentation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain data quality and operational readiness across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations within a multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, deadlines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-go-live hypercare for countries transitioning to Deel and other platforms.
• Manage payroll-platform tickets and vendor communications.
• Configure payroll-related functionality including Time Off, Time Tracking and pay components.
• Translate policy and compliance requirements into system configurations.
• Support HRIS-to-payroll data needs and ensure data quality across HRIS and payroll platforms.
