Job summary

proAV, a leading global audio visual integrator, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the People team in the UK. You will support the Payroll Manager to deliver accurate pay for about 600 permanent staff, with additional duties in pensions administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation, including tax, National Insurance, Auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory payments.
• Well-organised and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple payroll tasks.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Populate payroll information for submission to external provider.
• Assist in ensuring accurate and timely payments are made to employees, in line with payroll deadlines.
• Help manage the payroll inbox, attending to routine requests for employee information.
• Assist with preparation of European payroll information.
