Munich Re in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate payroll operations across the UK and Ireland via iTrent, coordinating with external providers across Europe and LATAM. Qualifications

• Payroll experience in a large, multi-entity and/or multi-country organisation.
• Experience supporting UK and Ireland payrolls, with outsourced providers.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation; international exposure a plus.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and iTrent payroll.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities across UK, Ireland, Europe and Latin America through iTrent Payroll (UKI) and outsourced providers.
• Act as primary contact for UKI stakeholders and external payroll providers across EU/LA.
• Validate and reconcile payroll data from SAP SuccessFactors and manual inputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies to ensure accuracy before payroll processing.
• Process and validate payroll transactions for UK and Ireland employees.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll data to external providers per schedules and SLAs.
• Manage payroll calendars, deadlines, approvals, and funding requirements across countries.
• Validate payroll calculations, reports, and payment files before final sign-off.
• Support month-end/year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax, social security, GDPR, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR Services, Rewards, HRBP’s, and stakeholders for accurate data and outcomes.
• Serve as payroll SME for UK & Ireland, Europe and LATAM regions.
• Resolve escalations with professionalism; drive process improvements and automation.
