Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Payroll professional to lead international payroll within a remote-first UK-based team. You will manage UK and Spain payroll, expand to EU countries, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10-15 years of international payroll experience with a focus on EMEA countries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school.
• Strong math, analytical, research, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong system and data flow knowledge. Ability to learn and adapt to new process flows and software technologies.
• Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.
• Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal communication with employees and across the organization including varying levels of leadership.
• Experience with systems migration and integration of different systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or Workday is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll.
• Collaborate with People Platform, Benefits, Legal, and Finance on payroll matters with cross-functional impact.
• Process U.K. and Spain payroll; grow to additional EU countries.
• Assist with processing RSUs and ESPP earnings and taxation.
• Process garnishments and levies.
• Assist with audit and complianceProcedures related to payroll.
• Support month-end closing for all payroll accounts.
• Assist with annual financial statement audit and be primary contact for payroll audit testing.
• Conduct year-end reporting for respective countries.
