Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting an International Payroll Specialist to run payroll as the sole payroll expert within the finance function.

You will process the UK monthly payroll, coordinate international payrolls (France, Germany, Poland and APAC), manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, perform reconciliations and year-end tasks such as PSAs and P11Ds, with some WFH after a qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Experience handling UK monthly payrolls and international payrolls.
• Experience coordinating payrolls across multiple jurisdictions and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with year-end payroll activities including PSAs and P11Ds.
• Ability to produce payroll reports and posting journals.
• Proactive problem-solving and payroll query resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process a UK monthly payroll.
• Coordinate international payrolls (France, Germany, Poland, APAC).
• Build relationships with external vendors.
• Demonstrate strong internal stakeholder management.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and produce payroll reports.
• Create and post payroll journals.
• Handle all year end activities including PSAs and P11Ds.
• Resolve payroll-related queries.
