Job summary

Xplor welcomes an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our international payroll team. You will oversee payroll operations for multiple countries in the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payments via Activpayroll and UKG integrations.

You will partner with HR, Finance and Tax, manage year-end statements, audits and respond to employee inquiries while keeping up with evolving payroll laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist with multi-country payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation, tax and social security.
• Certification in payroll (eg CIPP) is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and payroll software such as Activpayroll/UKG.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries using Activpayroll.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for each jurisdiction.
• Coordinate inputs with HR, Finance and Tax teams; validate payroll calculations.
