Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Payroll professional to manage UK payroll and expand to EU countries. You will collaborate across People Ops, Legal, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of international payroll experience with a focus on EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll systems migration and integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process UK payroll and, over time, additional EU countries.
• Support audit and compliance procedures and month-end closings.
• Coordinate with People Ops, Legal, Finance and external providers on payroll matters.
• Answer employee questions regarding pay and benefits.
