GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK employees. The role partners with Human Resources to ensure accurate payroll operations and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include payroll administration, timekeeping, bonus and compensation processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, Dayforce HCM proficiency, and strong analytical skills for accurate payroll

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.
• Experience supporting US payroll operations and payroll compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience performing payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews.
• Experience supporting hourly non-exempt timekeeping administration.
• Ability to present payroll data for compliance and business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations.
• Highly organized with attention to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.

Mansioni

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees (US & UK).
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations, international pay practices, and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll deadlines, auditing, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain relationships with payroll vendors and ensure accurate reporting and tax filings.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Support Dayforce HCM configuration updates and related processes.
• Adhere to audit procedures and validate state tax allocations and notices.
