Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK employees. You will work with HR to ensure compliant, accurate payroll operations and act as a payroll subject-matter expert.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM, strong Excel skills, and a track record of payroll audits and multi-state processing. Expect collaboration across HR, Finance, and leadership in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting US payroll operations and compliance.
• Experience with hourly non-exempt timekeeping administration.
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with international payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees in US & UK.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations and international pay practices.
• Coordinate payroll deadlines, audits, and off-cycle payments with HR.
• Maintain payroll reporting, tax filings, and wage garnishments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries promptly.
