Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its HR team. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK employees, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with HR and finance, handles timekeeping, bonuses, audits, and reporting, and supports continuous improvement across payroll systems such as Dayforce HCM.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll; CPP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM and multi-state payroll.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for US & UK employees.
• Ensure compliance with US and international payroll regulations.
• Audit, reconcile, and report payroll data and taxes.
• Support timekeeping, bonuses, and year-end payroll processes.
