Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with sponsor banks, PSPs and other financial partners. You will lead quarterly business reviews, negotiate renewals and coordinate cross-functional responses to provider inquiries.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience in financial partnerships or payments. You will help scale the partnerships function within a leading payments company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions/geographies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to move between high-level strategy and operational details.
• Experience in financial partnerships or partnerships management is a plus.
• Experience in payments or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship and overall strategy for sponsor banks, settlement banks, PSPs and other financial institutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with performance updates, product roadmaps and mutual growth plans.
• Lead contract renewals and negotiations for new products, services and geographic expansion.
• Coordinate responses to provider information requests with Compliance, Risk, Treasury and other teams.
• Identify and evaluate prospective providers, build relationships and monitor portfolio performance.
