Confidential in Poole is recruiting a Parts Co-ordinator to join its services team on a hybrid basis. You will be the trusted point of contact for customers, handling spare parts enquiries, quotes, orders and deliveries.

Competenze

• Background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination.
• Experience handling customer quotations and orders.
• Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail.

Mansioni

• Managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries from start to finish.
• Keeping customers regularly updated on order status and delivery schedules.
• Working with sales colleagues on pricing, quotations and commercial terms.
