CFO Insights is a leading Northern European conference group. We are seeking a commercially driven salesperson to manage and grow a portfolio of sponsors across our international conferences, building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and driving sponsorship revenue.

This high-performance B2B role focuses on sponsor retention, renewals and account growth, while identifying and closing new sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Confident in engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial instincts and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and retain sponsors: build long-term relationships to drive renewals and repeat business.
• Grow existing accounts: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase sponsorship revenue.
• Drive new business: identify, pitch and close new sponsorship opportunities.
• Own revenue targets: take responsibility for achieving ambitious sales and retention goals.
• Deliver exceptional partnerships: collaborate with content and delivery teams to ensure sponsors see value.
