Job summary

CFO Insights is hiring a proactive B2B sales professional to manage a portfolio of sponsors for international conferences in a fast-paced London environment. You will build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, drive sponsorship revenue and champion renewals, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts.
• Confident engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial instincts and ownership of portfolio.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain sponsors, driving renewals and repeat business.
• Grow existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and close new sponsorship opportunities.
• Own revenue targets and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with content and delivery teams to ensure sponsor value.
