Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive the next growth phase. You will own a multi‑million-dollar revenue target across high-value partnerships and build a robust pipeline with senior executives at global companies, foundations and public sector organisations.

In a lean, empowered team, you’ll listen to partner needs, craft bespoke programs, and lead negotiations to close contracts. You will shape the partnerships strategy and own outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience selling into CSR, sustainability, HR/talent, foundations or edtech.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and close big opportunities: own a multi‑million-dollar target and pipelines.
• Open doors using networks and smart outreach to secure partnerships.
• Build great partnerships by aligning partner goals with Goodwall capabilities.
• Grow existing partnerships and uncover new opportunities within them.
• Shape compelling proposals with programs, numbers and business cases.
• Own the full journey from first conversation to contract close.
