Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead a global partner program, shaping strategy and delivering growth across iGaming partners and operators. You will build and inspire a team of Partnership Managers and ensure a partner-first culture.

In this senior role you will drive strategic negotiations, manage key relationships from board level to day-to-day contacts, collaborate with Product, Legal and CAMs, and steer quarterly business reviews to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior commercial or partnerships leadership, ideally in iGaming.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing partnerships teams.

• Define and own the partnership strategy aligned with company goals.
