Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a senior leader to run Product, Growth and Marketing, collaborating directly with the Co-Founder. You will grow and mentor your team, including a Product Manager and Growth Marketing Manager, with the Head of Engineering as a close partner.

Your remit covers how members discover Goodwall, experience its value, stay engaged and invite friends. You will own the roadmap, experiments and the ambassador referral strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a digital product used by millions.
• Proven growth experiments for retention, referrals and acquisition.
• Gen Z fluency and ability to engage with creators and communities.

Responsibilities

• Scale a product members love returning to by owning the roadmap and growth experiments.
• Accelerate member acquisition through ambassadors, referrals, and paid marketing.
• Align Product and Growth with Engineering and Data Science for impact.
• Ensure high-quality member experiences, from notifications to product flows.
• Run experiments to understand engagement and decide what to scale or stop.
• Hire and lead a strong team and manage budget for growth.
