Job summary

London Politica seeks an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Lead to identify and cultivate partnerships across business, government, diplomacy, defence, and international affairs.

You will develop propositions, secure meetings, and build long‑term collaborations that translate into revenue, while coordinating executive education and advisory programmes with partner organisations, and representing the firm at major global conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations or related field.
• 2+ years in partnerships, business development or international affairs.
• Proven track record of creating opportunities and managing a pipeline.
• Experience with outreach, meetings, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, LinkedIn, CRM, Excel desirable.
• AI tools fluency to research, draft, and organise.

Responsibilities

• Own and build a proactive pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities and develop compelling propositions.
• Pitch engagements and convene events with senior stakeholders.
• Develop partnership materials and tailored proposals.
• Support delivery of programmes and executive education.
• Leverage international summits for business development.
• Manage relationships with CEOs, officials, investors, and partners.
• Draft external outreach and manage communications.
