Job summary

Sovos in Brighton, UK, is seeking a Director of Partner and Value Enablement to lead the enablement strategy for Sovos partners and internal teams, driving scalable programs that empower partners to sell, implement, and support Sovos solutions to a consistent standard.

You will champion the Certified Partner Program, define AI‑driven enablement initiatives, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to keep programs practical, measurable and aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and growing alliance partners.
• Knowledge of ERP, indirect tax and VAT.
• Ability to develop and close strategic partnerships and work with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of scalable partner enablement programs.
• Align certification requirements with partner tiers and program expectations.
• Establish recertification cycles and manage partner certifications.
