• Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role.

• Deep expertise in Google Ads and SEM/PPC.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts and driving growth.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4 and Excel.
• Experience with automation/AI tools to boost performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
