Job summary

Independent Vetcare Limited is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead multi-market campaigns across the UK and beyond. You will own search strategy, optimise budgets and leverage AI tools to maximise customer acquisition. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder collaboration and a commercial mindset.

Remote UK-based with international exposure. The successful candidate will report to the Group Acquisition Team and work closely with regional marketing peers to scale performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Paid Media Manager or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and SEM/PPC knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4 and Excel.
• Experience using automation, AI tools to improve performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across multiple markets.
• Own paid search strategy and performance for your markets; drive customer acquisition.
• Analyse campaign and business performance; translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead campaign measurement, tracking and reporting for visibility across stakeholders.
• Drive optimisation through audience targeting, bidding, budget management and testing.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to align channel strategies with market growth objectives.
