Job summary

Twinings is seeking a Global P2P Transformation & Excellence Lead to own the digital roadmap for the procure-to-pay ecosystem. You will prioritise initiatives, optimise capabilities, and drive compliance and performance across TwO’s global Procurement function.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed system capabilities, promote best practices, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity and user experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading P2P transformation programmes.
• Experience in global shared-service or outsourced delivery models.
• Strong governance, KPI development and governance structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Experience with change management in large-scale system deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of the P2P ecosystem across functions and regions.
• Define end-to-end system relationships, data flows and integration points.
• Develop business cases and governance for high-value problems; drive productivity and compliance.
• Oversee performance, governance and continuous improvement of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled improvements and standardisation across procurement workflows.
• Manage external technology partners to ensure service levels and value delivery.
