Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a P2P Service Delivery Team Leader to direct all aspects of purchase to pay processes. You will lead the service delivery team, ensure timely, compliant transaction processing, and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements and change management.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, experience in purchasing and invoicing, and familiarity with SAP and OCR-based systems, with a fixed-term contract of 10–12 months and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fast-paced purchasing and/or invoicing teams.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of requisition to payment processes.
• Experience with SAP and OCR invoice systems.
• CIPS qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Delivery Team to process all P2P transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Carry out spot audits and manage reporting/escalations.
