TwiningsOvo is seeking a Global P2P Transformation & Excellence Lead to own the digital transformation roadmap for the procure-to-pay ecosystem. You will prioritise initiatives, drive automation, AI solutions, and ensure compliance and best-in-class performance across regions.

The role partners with stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity gains and continuous improvements. The position offers growth opportunities, a strong benefits package, and will require collaboration with Procurement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in P2P transformation programmes and global shared-service delivery.
• Financial-control knowledge and service-management experience.
• Experience developing business cases and system adoption strategies.
• Ability to translate technical functionalities into user-friendly guides.
• Strong knowledge of procurement ecosystems.
• Excellent project and programme management skills.
• Experience working in global, matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of the P2P ecosystem and prioritise opportunities.
• Define end-to-end system relationships, data flows, and integration points.
• Develop robust business cases and governance with KPIs, risks and impacts.
• Lead the operational performance, governance and continuous improvement of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Drive standardisation, automation and simplification to improve user experience.
• Manage system risks, controls, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead change management programmes for system functionality improvements.
• Partner with Procurement Excellence to deliver training roadmaps and knowledge management.
• Manage relationships with external technology providers and partners.
