Job summary

Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a P2P Service Delivery Team Leader to take ownership of end-to-end purchase-to-pay operations for Thames Water. You will lead a team to ensure timely processing, auditability, and alignment with KPIs and SLAs while strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced purchasing and/or invoicing team
• Strong demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills
• CIPS qualified is an advantage
• SAP experience, particularly Supply Chain and Finance modules
• Knowledge of requisition to payment processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Delivery Team to process all transactions in a timely and efficient manner and in line with KPIs and SLAs
• Lead and manage the service delivery team to satisfy regulatory requirements
• Ensure processes supporting requisition to payment are robust and auditable
• Demonstrate effective management of performance against targets
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to facilitate smooth service delivery
• Identify root causes of issues within P2P processes and plan corrective actions
• Proactively reduce processing time and volume of queries
• Lead meetings and workshops with productive outcomes
• Develop the team to achieve self-sufficiency and clear decision making
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating value-adding changes
