eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Purchase to Pay (P2P) Operations to lead delivery, transformation and continuous improvement across a complex finance operations environment. This senior role drives governance, controls and the integration of multiple teams into a cohesive, high-performing function.

The role requires extensive P2P/Accounts Payable leadership, BAU delivery, and change management to optimise processes and service levels within a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations within P2P/Procure to Pay.
• Extensive understanding of BAU P2P delivery and controls.
• Proven track record in large-scale operational transformation.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of P2P policies, processes and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies through governance and performance monitoring.
• Drive operational transformation, change initiatives and business readiness.
• Oversee integration of P2P and shared services into a unified function.
• Build capability and promote continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and management information.
• Manage resources to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and implement best practices.
