Job summary

Pentland Brands is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to manage and optimize the order journey for designated accounts across the EMEA region. You will engage with customers to convert orders, resolve queries, and provide regular updates on order progress, while collaborating with supply chain, commercial and credit teams to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include accurate order management, data analysis, and ensuring OTIF delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role.
• Experience in administrative duties to raise cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing and orders.
• Stock management and orderbook management skills.
• Experience of interpreting large amounts of data and confident in reporting procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Place, track and deliver customer orders with focus on EMEA customers.
• Organise and satisfy in-season order requests.
• Ensure timely conversion of orders when stock is available.
• Communicate order progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process cancellations, credits, debits and returns of non-faulty goods, via VAS and DC requirements.
• Export documentation and compliance for global logistics where required.
• Manage orders and related business processes end-to-end.
