Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight, transport or operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating end-to-end movement of shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Managing bookings, collections, deliveries and transport requirements.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, carriers and international partners.
• Preparing and maintaining shipping and export documentation.
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving delays or issues.
• Providing customers with timely shipment updates.
