Job summary

Round Square in Windsor is seeking an organised, digitally-competent champion to lead its Online Education Programmes for students aged 8-18.

You will coordinate live, student-led sessions on Zoom with schools worldwide, support session logistics, coach student leaders and ensure sessions run smoothly and inclusively.

Based in Windsor, you will work with the Operations Director to grow the programme and handle cross-time-zone scheduling and technical hosting during calls.

Qualifications

• Excellent digital skills, particularly with Zoom and online platforms.
• Confidence facilitating online sessions.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during live sessions.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and with international schools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online education sessions with teachers and students across time zones.
• Plan and schedule a busy timetable of student-led Zoom calls.
• Advertise and register participants on online platforms.
• Coach student leaders to present engaging, inclusive conversations.
• Staff and facilitate high-quality, 60–90 minute Zoom sessions.
• Provide technical setup and troubleshoot during calls.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to grow Round Square's Online Programme.
