Job summary

Online Education Services is seeking a Student Coach to support learners through every stage of their journey, from offer to graduation. You will build trusted relationships via one-to-one coaching, virtual meetings and workshops, guiding students to overcome barriers and stay engaged with their studies.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, practical guidance, and collaboration with Student Success, Academic Quality, Funding and partner university teams to ensure joined-up, compassionate

Qualifications

• Experience in student support, coaching, mentoring or engagement roles.
• Experience in higher education would be an advantage, but a genuine coaching mindset is valued.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds via phone, virtual and written channels.
• Awareness of employability, career progression or student development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive outreach to students at key points across the learning journey and maintain follow-ups.
• Provide coaching to students who have accepted offers but have not completed enrolment.
• Support assessment readiness and build academic confidence with targeted coaching.
• Monitor engagement and intervene to support retention and progression.
• Signpost to internal or external careers support and services as needed.
• Contribute to reporting on coaching activity and outcomes.
