Job summary

Duke Corporate Education in the United Kingdom seeks a Programme Manager to lead flawless virtual, face-to-face and blended client programme deliveries. You will own end-to-end execution, including plans, budgets and invoicing, collaborating with the Project Director on contracting and material design.

You will coordinate on-site logistics, coordinate with digital learning teams for virtual platforms, and manage post-programme evaluation and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Experience with professional education; event coordination and learning management systems preferred.
• Experience working with remote/virtual teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the web; graphic design experience preferred.
• Frequent travel domestically and internationally 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of client programme delivery, including plans and budgets.
• Drive critical delivery elements and manage contracting with the Project Director.
• Coordinate design meetings for delivery logistics and learning materials.
• Manage on-site logistics including hotels and classroom setup.
• Support virtual delivery platforms and blended programmes with client guidelines.
• Provide content support for learning journeys and communications.
• Lead CRM activities with clients, faculty, vendors and venues.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and expense documentation.
• Contribute to post-programme evaluation and debriefs.
• Maintain knowledge management and share best practices within the team.
