Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to join the Global Commercial Excellence team on a 12-month contract. You will lead omnichannel operations, channel execution, and content operations transformation across global and affiliate priorities.

The role requires translating strategy into actionable workflows with measurable outcomes and hands-on delivery. You will collaborate with Digital, Analytics, Strategic Marketing, Medical, and affiliates to advance customer journeys,

Qualifications

Experience leading omnichannel marketing in pharma or regulated industries.
Ability to translate strategy into executable workflows and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional facilitation.

Responsibilities

Lead omnichannel operations and channel execution across global priorities.
Integrate customer journeys, segmentation, automation, content, and measurement into plans.
Drive adoption and maturity of priority channels with cross-functional teams.
Pilot Content Creation Reimagined initiatives and scale solutions.
Define Global-with-Local Content Model and gather evidence for decisions.
Clarify governance, roles, and decision points for engagement and content ops.
Collaborate on systems and processes to reduce effort and enable behavior change.
Provide input on future marketing roles, capabilities, content, and workflows.
Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams and workshops.
Manage governance, budgets, vendors, timelines, risks, and exec communications.
