Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel operations and channel execution across global priorities, creating workflows and playbooks.
• Advance customer journey activation by integrating channel choices, segmentation, automation, content, and measurement.
• Drive adoption and maturity of priority channels with cross-functional teams including Digital, Analytics, and affiliates.
• Pilot Content Creation Reimagined initiatives, evaluate evidence, and prepare for scaling.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, facilitate workshops, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
• Manage governance, budgets, vendors, timelines, risks, and executive communications.
